Fruit Prep Table – Part of our “Work Cell” line
The Fruit Prep Table is designed with a removable and cleanable UHMW plank on both sides of the table for easy cutting and sanitation. It also comes with a station attached to the side of the table for product weighing. The Fruit Prep Table is a part of our “Work Cell” line of equipment that is designed for smaller batch products. The Fruit Prep Table is meant to have 2-3 workers cutting fresh fruit, and pushing it to the end of the table for another worker to package and weigh the fruit on an integrated Doran XL7025 digital scale. All of our equipment is engineered to have a sanitary design and also to be washed down frequently.
