4” Wide Dual Lane Assembly Conveyor with a Fully Automated Bun Slicer / Separator

  • Conveyor Belts to be 4” Wide M2510 Series Plastic Modular Belt
  • Primary Conveyor Length will be 20’ long, Secondary Conveyor Length will be 15’ long. Assembly Length will be 11’ long

Secondary Conveyor will have vertical height adjustment to aid in the assembly process

  • All Stainless Steel Wash Down Construction.
  • 7/16” x .016” MDB Atlanta Sharptech Blade (or equal)
  • The Dual Lane Conveyor will have a VFD 

Bun Slicer w/ Independently adjustable Blade Head and Hold down belt

  • Direct drive “Band Blade”

Direct Drive Bun Top Separator – 12” Dia. UHMW  Separator Wheel

  • Conveyor All Stainless Steel Construction
  • Wash Down Drives
